Terms of Use
The rules that apply between you and us while you use the app.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Lusca Tech Limited for your use of the Racket Crush app and the services attached to it. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who we are and what the service is
Racket Crush is operated by Lusca Tech Limited, registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Where these terms say "the platform" or "we", that is who is meant; "you" is the person holding the account.
The platform is a discovery and organization tool that brings racket-sport players together with each other and with coaches: it suggests players who suit you, gives you messaging and match-organization tools, and makes coach profiles visible. It goes no further than that. It is not a party to the conversations, meetups, matches, lessons or agreements between users; it does not run courts, does not teach lessons, and does not stand behind the promises users make to one another.
2. Eligibility and age limit
Racket Crush is for people aged 18 and over only. You state your age when you sign up, and registration does not complete if you are under 18. The rule is enforced not only on screen but on the server that writes the account, so going around the interface does not get past it.
If we find an account belonging to someone under 18, we close it and delete the data held against it. If you come across such an account, tell us at info@racketcrush.com.
If you want lessons from a coach for your child, the account must be yours: you contact the coach, and as the parent or guardian you carry responsibility for the lesson. An account may not be opened in a child's name.
3. Your account
When you open and use your account:
- The details you give — your name, your age, your phone number, your e-mail address and your photos — must be real and must be yours.
- One person, one account. You may not transfer, sell, rent out or share your account.
- Never share your password or your verification codes with anyone; you are responsible for what is done from your account.
- If you think someone has reached your account without permission, change your password and tell us.
- Keep your profile up to date when your details change.
4. Content and rules of conduct
Everything you put into the app — your profile photos, your bio, your match photos and your messages — is your responsibility. What you post must be yours to post and must not infringe anyone else's rights.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. That is not a statement of intent but a rule we operate: reports that reach us are reviewed, and content and accounts found to break the rules are removed.
Four routes are open to you for this:
- Report — from a player's profile, a coach's profile or a chat screen, you pick a reason and add a note if you want to. Your report stays confidential and the other person is not told about it.
- Block — one tap blocks a user who is bothering you; messaging and profile visibility close in both directions. A blocked user is not notified. You can see who you have blocked in Settings and unblock them there.
- Review — every report that reaches us is assessed. Content and accounts found to break the rules are removed or shut off within 24 hours of the report reaching us.
- Reach us — you can write to info@racketcrush.com directly about anything to do with moderation.
Depending on how serious the breach is, the user is warned and the account is restricted, suspended or permanently closed. Where conduct amounts to a criminal offence, we report it to the competent authorities.
5. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited in the app:
- Creating a fake profile; using someone else's name, photo or identity.
- Harassment, threats, persistent unwanted contact, degrading behaviour.
- Hate speech; discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Sexual content, nudity, and sexual propositions or messages.
- Spam, bulk messaging, and unsolicited advertising or promotion.
- Fraud, misleading promises, and any trick aimed at extracting a payment.
- Sharing another person's private details — address, phone number, screenshots, chat contents — without their permission.
- Steering users to channels outside the app in order to take payment from them.
- Reaching the app with bots, scrapers or other automated tools; bulk-harvesting data; attempting to get past security measures.
- Promoting illegal goods or services, and any unlawful activity.
6. Meetups and physical safety
We do not verify who users really are, their good faith, or the playing level they claim; phone verification only shows that the number belongs to the account holder. Meeting someone from the app on a court is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility.
For your own safety when you meet:
- Hold your first meetups at public courts and at busy hours.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going and who you are meeting.
- Do not share your home address, your work address, or your ID and financial details.
- End the meetup the moment you feel unsafe; in an emergency contact your local authorities first (112 in Türkiye).
7. Coaches
By opening a coach profile you declare and undertake that the expertise, certificates and experience you state are accurate, and that you yourself meet the legal requirements for teaching in your country, including qualification, tax, insurance and similar obligations.
Certificate verification is our review of the documents a coach submits; it is not a guarantee or an official endorsement of that coach's legal qualification. Users who pose as coaches without being one, or who use false or misleading documents or statements, bear all legal, financial and criminal liability arising from that conduct entirely themselves. Such accounts are permanently closed on detection and, where required, reported to the competent authorities.
What a lesson contains, what happens during it, and the arrangement you make with a coach all sit outside the platform.
8. Fees and payments
The app is free today. There is no charge for downloading it, creating an account, finding players, messaging or organizing matches, and no payment is processed inside the app at present.
Coaches publish their lesson rates on their profiles. How that rate is paid today is a matter between you and the coach. Payments made outside the app — cash, bank transfer, advance payment, deposits and the like — fall outside the platform's scope and protection. Never pay in advance to someone you do not know, and report accounts that demand money up front for a lesson.
Premium subscriptions and in-app payment features may be added later. If they are, subscriptions will run through the App Store and Google Play purchase systems, and lesson and product payments through iyzico (Türkiye) and Stripe (elsewhere). You will be told before any paid feature comes into effect, and nothing is charged without your approval.
9. Intellectual property
The Racket Crush name, logo, interface design, texts, imagery and software belong to Lusca Tech Limited. Using the app gives you no rights over any of it: you may not copy it, reproduce it, reverse-engineer it, create derivative works from it, or use it commercially without permission.
The photos you upload and the words you write stay yours. The permission you give us covers one thing only: showing your content in the app, delivering it to the users it is meant for, and running the service. It is never sold on or used for another purpose, and it ends when you delete your account.
10. Suspension, closure and deleting your account
If we establish that you have breached these terms, the community rules or applicable law, we may warn you, restrict your account's features, suspend it temporarily or close it permanently. For serious breaches — harassment, false identity, fraud, sexual content, breaking the age limit — the account is closed outright with no warning stage.
You can leave whenever you like. You can freeze or delete your account from inside the app. After a deletion request a 15-day grace period runs; log back in within it and your account is restored. Once it expires, your personal data is permanently deleted and your match records are anonymized. How your data is handled is set out in detail in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will run without interruption or error, that the players suggested to you will suit you, or that the information users state about themselves is accurate.
Lusca Tech Limited cannot be held liable for material or non-material damages arising from interactions between users — matching, messaging, meetups, matches, lessons, payments and similar processes included — or from the acts of third parties. The condition of court facilities, injuries that can occur while playing, and what happens at a meetup are outside the platform's control.
This limitation does not apply where the applicable law does not permit liability to be excluded, such as for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
12. Changes and effect
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be told through the app when something material changes, and the update date at the top of this page will change with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, where the operator is established. Consumers resident in Türkiye keep the rights given to them by their local consumer legislation, including the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts.
