Racket Crush ("the Company", "we"), acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), processes your personal data for the purposes set out below.

1. Identity of the data controller

Lusca Tech Limited, registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, is the data controller.

2. Personal data processed

The following personal data is processed:

• Identity data: first name, surname, date of birth
• Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number
• Location data: location at city and neighbourhood level
• Sports profile: sports played, level, preferences
• Transaction data: app usage data, match history

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing the player and coach matching service
• Creating and managing your user account
• Keeping the application secure
• Meeting legal obligations
• Marketing communications where you have given consent

4. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be shared with the business partners we work with (cloud infrastructure providers, payment systems) and with authorised public institutions, within the conditions set out in articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you hold the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about your personal data
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred
• To request correction where your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data
